Refreshing Breakfast Smoothie

Looking for a refreshing morning pick me up, I got you covered. I posted this pic on my Insta Story today and wanted to share how to make this revitalizing smoothie delight.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of frozen fruit (peaches, strawberries, pineapple and mango)

  • 1 - 1/3 cup coconut water

  • 1 cup of fresh spinach

  • 1-2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds

  • *if too thick add a little more coconut water

Directions

Combine all ingredients, adding the liquid last, blend until smooth and enjoy!.
